After the death of their husbands, who are usually the main source of financial security for them and their children, the widows are left with no one to support them financially and lacking any skills they find it difficult to earn an income of their own.
Many of the widows we support are illiterate, left school at an early age and lack skills due to poverty, early marriage and misinformed cultural traditions. Many of them possess the passion to become independent but lack the opportunities to help them become self-sufficient, and that is where CUWO NGO comes in with your help and donation.How Can You Help CUWO NGO Solve These Problems and Challenges The Widows Are Facing?

We are CUWO NGO are out to strengthen, educate, engage and liberate the widows through various training to become self-reliant. Also, we provide help to less privilege children in the society.

At CUWO NGO we create an enablement where widows and orphans will become independent and free from all forms of lack and limitation, thereby impacting their families, society and the world at large.
What we do at CUWO NGO is beyond support, the love and affection we have for these less privilege people in the society gives us sleepless night. Their stories, and the situation they find their self is so pathetic.
We fight to defeat hunger, poverty, disease, illiteracy, and lack of opportunity in the world. Through our research, work on the ground and key partnerships, we work hard to support orphans and widows in particular and strive to build brighter, independent and sustainable futures for them. The only way to build an active society was to give total attention to the children.
We need our own secretariat to be build to house all our activities, and to be a shelter ground for the orphans and widows.

CUWO NGO is out to identify children in orphanages and less privileged communities for scholarship opportunities up to the tertiary institution.
